Central hub of the Group’s companies, it was established in 1971 as a family-owned business. Over time, continuous change aimed at achieving quality and a wider range of the services offered was to transform the company into a partnership and finally in 2000 into a single-member limited company. With the arrival at the helm of CEO Mauro Bozzi, founder of the group that would follow, Defensor was to change into a wide-ranging global services company, using its services throughout Italy and abroad.
